My Story so far: Chloe

Hi, it’s Chloe again!

As you may know I generally write blog posts on how I’m progressing with my Apprenticeship and guess what…I’ve completed it.

I started my City & Guilds Level 3 Apprenticeship in Social Media & Digital Marketing in December 2013 (read why I chose an apprenticeship over university here), and one year later I’ve completed it and accepted a full time positon, as of 1st January 2015 I became a fully-fledged member of the Steadfast team – with the New year I gained, new opportunities, new responsibilities and a new salary.

The team at Steadfast Training Ltd have not only been outstanding throughout the duration of my course (a huge thank you to my Assessor is needed) but they’re still as supportive now I’ve finished – we’re already discussing the prospect further training!

My entire course has been great, I’ve had input since day one – I even had input in the selection of the modules. Throughout my Apprenticeship I acquired many transferable skills and upgraded my work ethic as well as being able to build my portfolio, covering relevant topics such as Customer Relationship Management, New Technologies, Implementation of SEO techniques, Promotional Campaigns and Social Media Analysis.

I began the Apprenticeship with limited Social Media knowledge and have come out of it feeling competent in my Job Role, not only have my knowledge and confidence matured but my responsibilities have grown from day one.

I’d like to express thanks to everyone at Steadfast Training Ltd for the support and opportunities I have received (and still receiving) – it’s made completing my Apprenticeship even better.
